You can cancel your booking in advance to receive a full or partial refund, depending on the timing. Last-minute cancellations may not be refundable. If we cancel the tour more than 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, you will get a full refund or a new date option.
Note: Charters (Private group tour) need to be cancelled a week prior to departure.
