A cancellation fee of 100% will apply for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.

Charters (private tour) –

A cancellation fee of 100% will apply for private tours (charters) cancelled less than 7 days prior to departure.

Whilst every care is taken, we accept no responsibility for belongings left unattended in the vehicle.

Your bus departs on time from all attractions. Passengers who miss the bus will have to return to Sydney at their own cost.

A 2% surcharge will be charged on all payments made with credit cards. We accept Visa, Master Card and AMEX.

inside our coaches is prohibited by Government regulations.

We do not take responsibility for any delays, injuries or losses arising in any manner from tour components NOT operated by Oz Trails.

Due to the large number of visitors to Sydney, Oz Trails reserves the right to use large deluxe coaches and central pick-up points. The itinerary will remain the same. COVID19 – Oz Trails complies with Federal and State governments regulations and reserves the right to enforce them during the tour if needed. (ie. wearing mask).
